Now that the calm's returned I know I can't manage

Myv has three piercings in his face, right eyebrow, left nostral, and right bottom lip. Over ten tattoos, and multiple changes in his hair choices. He's the type of guy that's never going to stick with the same thing, so he's always trying new colors, hair styles. As for his visual style, he has a prominent lip ring, asymmetric shaved/spiky hair and tends to give off a "yes, worship me." attitude in his photos. He likes bright colors, especially pink, and has been known to wear cyberpunk inspired clothing and dress as a woman on occasion.
Being six foot one he's tall for your asian stereotypes, but of course he weights about the same as a large dog. He's been told on many occasions he could be a model, and he's always wanted to try it, he figures working on a boat, full of rich kids, he might find an opprotunity.

likes!: Miyavi enjoys many things in his life! Like Kittens, oh dear that's one of his most favorite. He also enjoys music, preferably making his own but he loves listening to it all the same. Miyavi couldn't go a day without baffling people with his clothing choices. He loves clothing and will wear almost anything handed to him. Miyavi likes people, he's very fond of being social and likes to try to communicate with passengers on board. Although not everything, if anything Miyavi does, is about work. It's all about fun for him, he turns everything into fun and makes even the dullest tasks come alive with excitement. Random objects are a steady operation with him. What one might think as junk, Miyavi turns it into something new, giving everything a purpose. Football, no not the pigskin football. Soccer. Miyavi loves to play soccer and used to when growing up although he stopped for a while after breaking his leg. Miyavi adores chicken. Not so much the animal itself, but as a food product, he'd eat it everyday if he could. Speaking of food, how about that chocolate cake? It's Myv's favorite. Yum yum.
dislikes!: There's not a lot Miyavi doesn't like, he's well open-minded and welcoming but if you wanted to break it down he'd say he definatly hated broccoli and tomato juice. Broccoli dislike is more so because it stinks and he doesn't enjoy the way it tastes one bit. Tomato juice grosses him out too, he claims it to be slimey. Snow. Oh, oh the snow-oh-oh. He hates it. Every thing about the snow makes him shudder. It's too cold, makes him very cold and soaks him entirely. Miyavi doesn't like dead people, although he doesn't mind zombies, but corpses kind of creep him out. As we learned earlier, with the snow, Miyavi does not like the cold at all. He also hates run away muse. He loves to write music, but when his muse runs away, it's very depressing.

worst memory!: Miyavi hit his front teeth on the microphone during the first major live show. He continued as if nothing happened, but afterwards he said it hurt so much he felt like crying.
personality!: He wants something, and he goes for it. Sometimes he lets his ego run away with him, but even now he admits that singing is still one of his weaknesses. In spite of some insecure feelings regarding his vocals, he continues on. Miyavi's complete hyperness is very endearing. He loves to shout and hug people.His hobbies are of course napping, and disguising as a woman. Miyavi although a virgo claims to be a pegasus. Miyavi kisses boys on the scene. This is just "fanservice" and he is not really gay. Miyavi is a very energetic person and loves to joke. He cares a lot for his friends and chats with them all the time. Miyavi tends to say weird or funny stuff all the time.
He can be a bit over the top most times. If he's not hyper and running around playing cops and robbers with strange little children then he's definitely writing in his notebook new ideas for songs. Miyavi is just the guy that says, "Hey, watch me, I'll show you just how great I am." He can be a bit of a handful and sometimes extremely annoying but that's him, and he's true to who he is and never wishing to change----ok maybe there are something's that do need changing but other than that...He's pretty normal in some sense. He's actually a great friend for whoever needs a shoulder to lean on; he's there in an instant ready to do anything to help a friend in need. Imagine him as a little terrier puppy trying to learn how to use the doggy door for the first time. Miyavi's a bit clumsy and can be a little dense but he's as pure hearted as any kind soul. However, watch out for those days when he's not so chipper off the block. Like everyone, Myv has his days where he's not so perfect or not so happy. Those days are his gloomy ones and he really can't help but say directly what's on his mind. Myv can be ruthlessly honest and merciless when he's in his "moods". He's not bipolar but sometimes he wished he was…To use as an excuse or something that caused him to yell at people because of some medical condition…To bad he doesn't believe in that mumbo jumbo. To sum everything up, Miyavi is a nice person deep down and about 99.9% of the time, its just that one percent that's pretty darned difficult to deal with.

From the moment of birth Miyavi was taken from his mother and father, Myv never understood why and he was told by a nurse, whom he grew up around and called "Mom", that his mother never got to give him a birthname and he found she died at his birth. He felt guilty about it. He never did get to meet his father, because well, when his mother died, his father looked at him and asked her to take him. The man didn't' want to see his son, as it was too much of a reminder of his suddenly deceased wife. Ryoichi seemed to get over it when he was adopted by Janice and Brandon Russo. Janice and Brandon already had one child, a girl. Beautiful black hair and blue eyes. Samantha. Myv couldn't of course, say Samantha, so he called her "Airi" after a girl he met in the orphanage in Japan. Brandon was called "Kyo" Miyavi never understood how or why he did call him that, but he called Janice "Aiko" because that was the name of the nurse that had helped raise him.
Janice and Brandon, before adopting Miyavi, studied Japanese culture and how to make him feel comfortable in America. Janice let him learn Japanese before teaching him English. Teaching him English was harder then she thought. But she was homeschooling him so she had a lot of time to spend on it. He managed to learn a great deal before sixth grade, when she decided to place him in a public school. That was an okay decision on her part, he made friends and showed everyone up in school. It was hard though, making friends. Being homeschooled for so long made him shy. He's grown up well schooled and rather smart, but he crushed his foster parents when he said he didn't want to go to college and instead become a musician. He made a comprimise with them and said he'd go for musical arts. They weren't happy with this entirely, but at least he was going to college.
Turns out, after the first year, he needed money to pay for the rest of his college year. He wasn't going to let his amazing foster parents down by quitting college or telling them he needed money to pay for it, so he's ended up with a summer job on this boat.
