Send out the morning birds to sing of the damage
name;; Symphony-Rain Wilkens
nicknames;; Symphony.
age//birthday;; seventeen/October 13
class;; third class
sexual orientation;; heterosexual
Now that the calm's returned I know I can't manage
hair;; Simphony's hair is considered very long by most people. It's a blonde color, but naturally so, so it has a few highlights of other colors. It's not too thick, nor too thin, but it's very silky and soft.
eyes;; her eyes are a dark brown color, which some would say looks odd with her hair and pale skin, but she got it from her father, and she likes them.
body;; slim/slender
height/weight;; 5'2/110 LBS
distinguishing features;; she has a butterfly tattoo on her shoulder.

put it all together and what do you get?
Most would say that Symphony is pretty in a plain way, with her short height, and her slim body which is pretty much curveless. Her hair, which is fun to touch, and pretty long, is also quite plain looking as it's natural state of a pale, but not unaturally so, blonde. She considers her nose to be large, even though it's pretty much just normal shaped. Her lips are slightly plump, but not in a gross way or anything. Her arms are skinny, and look somewhat long next to the rest of her body, but they're really about normal length. She's not muscular at all, actually she has about zero muscle on her body. Or fat. She blames it on her over active matabalism.
You're standing in my doorway though he's asleep in my bed
likes!: art, drawing, quiet places, coffee, stars, night skies, warm weather, skinny fingers, long nails, beautiful people, boys, piano rock, soft music, the rocket summer, romantic movies, sappy movies, anything from the seventies, the news, smiling, nice people, being nice, shopping, her family, long eyelashes, madi gras beads, texas, playradioplay!, guys who giggle, the letter y, asking questions, making wishes at 11:11, staying up late into the night, lying in the middle of the road and staring at the street lights, ballet, the name Charlie, unicorns, van gogh, monet, side walks, singing along to music in cars, sun roofs, sticking her head out of sun roofs, dresing up, slow dancing with strangers.
dislikes!: liars, fakers, heartbreak, rap, hip hop, loud music, her nose, how shy she is, being insulted, having to pee and not being able to find a bathroom, blushing, giggling, being stalked, her paranoia, large crowds, feeling lonely, cell phones, annoying ring tones, people who text while talking to her, boys, bitchy girls, ugly hair, people who call themselves scene, her lack of curves, bad paintings, high heels, overly tight pants, overly loose pants, fat people who wear skinny jeans, ugly people who think they're beautiful.
strengths!: painting, getting on rude peoples good sides, dancing, picking out a lie, making babies stop crying, cheering people up.
weaknesses!: talking to strangers, singing, public speaking, socializing, telling people how she feels.
goals!: make some real friends, get married and have a family, become an artist.
fears!: ending up like her parents, never finding love.
best memory!: the day she got her first paint brush. She was actually thirteen years old before she ever picked up a paint brush, but when she did she knew what she wanted to be when she grew up, and her parents supported her completely. Ever since then you can't see her without some kind of art supply, be it a pencil or pen or even clay.
worst memory!: Her little brothers funeral. She was only eight years old, and she had to go and see her tiny baby brother lie in a casket with his eyes glued shut. It was truly horrible, the very thought of it is enough to make her burst into a fresh set of tears, even to this very day.
personality!:
shy;; little Symphony is incredibly shy when you first talk to her. She blushes a lot, hates eye contact, and will never ever walk up to someone and talk to them, unless she absolutely needs to, and even then she might not. Some people even mistake her as being snobby, because she doesn't exactly talk to most people, but she's truly not, not in the least! What would the poor girl have to be snobby about? She's just a little shy girl who doesn't know her place in the world, and isn't sure she wants to learn it.
quiet;; I suppose this goes along with the shy thing, eh? When she enters a room she doesn't make a bang, instead she's as quiet as possible, and hopes that no one see's her. And usually they don't...unless they're one of those rare people who are interested by the fact that she hardly ever talks. Her voice is soft, and quiet, and sweet, and her face always looks as though she thinks she's about to get hit. Even though she's never actually been hit in her entire life...
sweet;; she's kind of like a kitten in this way. She giggles a lot, blushes at almost anything, and is easily flustered. And by giggling I do not mean she does it in an annoying way (-cough- holly -cough), she does it in a quiet, nervous way. She loves getting compliments, and always gives them back, although most people would think she doesn't like getting them, as she usually just giggles and blushes when she does.
innocent;; yes, very much so, poor dear. she's never drank, never smoked, never even though about drugs, and has only kissed two gusy in her life, family members not included. She's never even had a real make-out session. It's kind of sad, really...and part of her is craving to meet someone to spice her life up, make her crazy and loud and get her drunk. But a bigger part of her is way too scared for that...
loving;; Symphony loves everyone, and she's not afraid to say it. This actually makes many people mad, so she tries not to, but if she's really feeling a sense of love towards someone she'll usually just come right out and say "Oh, I love you" or something along those lines. With the few boyfriends she's had she's content just snuggling, or watching a movie, or holding hands...which is probably why guys tend to break up with her so easily.
artistic;; yes, very much so...but not in a weird scatter brained artist kind of way. more in a dreamy and distant artist kind of way. she doesn't walk around in brightly colored clothes, or paint her finger nails different clashing colors. instead she releases her art in the form of art, and leaves her appearance to be plain and pleasant, or so she says to anyone who claims she doesn't look like an artist.
polite;; very much so...almost like a grandma, or something. she always says her please's, and thank you's, and excuse me's, and if she bumps into you (which she will, trust me), she'll apolagize a million times over. it gets annoying to most people, so she tries to tone it down, it just doesn't work out too well.
clumsy;; yes, very clumsy. she trips over just about anything, including but not limited to; her feet, air, bumps in the road, and anything else that may be lying on the ground...or her shoe laces, that's another common one. Of course this makes her nerves horrible, and makes her all jittery, and embarrassed, and blushing, and feeling like everyone is looking at her.
nervous;; she'll always act nervous around you until she's completely comfortable with you...but that will take a long time. she bites her nails like crazy, laughs nervously all the time, never looks into peoples eyes, taps her feet, and plays with strands of her hair. All of those things make her feel more comfortable, more at home, and just a little bit less nervous.
The steady murmur always in my head
family heritage!: Italian
mother!: Isabella Wilksens, 49, banker
father!: Anthony Wilsens, 48, writer
siblings!: Milo Wilksens, 20, college drop out.
other relatives!: Drew Wildsens, 19, bar tender on the boat.
overall history!: 3
Symphony grew up in a small town, full of small people, with her small family. Well, her family wasn't all that small come to think of it, but she did live in a small town. And a small white house as well. She shared a room with her brother Milo, and her cousin Drew, until she reached the age of ten. And then the living room was turned into her bedroom, and the two boys stayed together. The reason for the change? The state stepped in.
But Symphony's family was not poor in the least. Her father was a banker, her mother wrote novels, there was money...they were just too in love with the white house to leave. And Drew lived with them because of his dead mother. So whilst she slept on the couch, her mother and father pretended to be happy in their marriage, her brother and cousin played action figures, and she discovered painting as the only way to get her emotions out without people over reacting. How did she discover this, you ask? Good question.
It was after one of her parents famous fights, and her mother started talking Symphony. Symphony was only thirteen. She said that she and her father were breaking up...but for once in her life Symphony spoke up. She scoffed at her mother, saying that her mother said that all the time, but never left, because she was mooching off of her father. She loved her mother, and her father, but she couldn't take what they were doing. She told her mother that fake love wasn't worth anything, and every knew she was just living there because none of her novels sold. Her mother spent the entire night crying.
Since then Symphony has talked even less than she used to, and never tells people what she thinks if she thinks it might hurt their feelings. Instead she bottles it up, and then unleashes it onto the canvas when she really needs to.
She grew up with a good life, though. Her parents stayed fake married forever...they still are. What I mean by that is even though they have the rings, they're not in love, and everyone knows it. Her brother and cousin helped her get through school, even though she was too quiet to really be popular. She was friends with their friends...who were mainly guys. Symphony has always gotten along with guys better.
Then at the age of seventeen Symphony's brother and cousin told her they were going on a vacation. They told her about this cruise that they had won three tickets to, and how they would take her if they could...but Milo's girlfriend had to go. And so she watched them pack with a frown on her face, knowing that she wouldn't get to go. Until Milo's girlfriend broke up with him a day before they were leaving. Drew told Symphony to pack, and her parents agreed that she could go, and do her classes online.
